N-web design will always tell clients when there will be  charge involved for service or consultation.

Generally, we will always offer a free consultation prior to any formal contract or agreement.

Defining deliverables and managing expectations

N-webdesign pride ourselves on our flexibility and adaptability but sometimes we need to agree the scope and specifics of a project with a client.

This agreement will normally cover some of, but not be limited to:

  • The site design
  • Content obligations
  • The number of web pages
  • Any additional software, paid or free
  • Content management limitations
  • Intellectual propery rights
  • Site features and functionality
  • Objectives and timescales

We will always try to ensure realistic delivery times and will expect reasonable support from our clients rgarding supplying information, content and access to suppliers and resources.

Instructing N-webdesign

To instruct N-webdesign, we will require formal purchase order.

We will normally provide a schedule and/or specification document that will constitute the project requirements.

Ownership of the project files, resources and services

All parts of any project with N-webdesign, including but not limited to images, source code and documentation will remain the property of N-webdesign until the invoice for the project or web site has been paid for in full.

Paying for work and services

We may occasionally require a part payment before undertaking a project. We may also require interim payments during a project. We also reserve the right to present part payment invoices for projects if there are delays or changes which were not agreed before the project started or are as a result of delays on the part of the client.

Your statutory rights

Your statutory rights are not affectred by any part of these terms and conditions.
